Your information,
treated carefully.
This notice explains how Pocket Pollen handles information sent through the website or shared during an enquiry and project.
Your information is used only to answer your enquiry, complete agreed work and meet ordinary business obligations. It is never sold.
What is collected
If you get in touch, Pocket Pollen may receive your name, email address, business details and anything you include in your message. Project clients may also provide billing details, website content and account access needed to complete the work.
Why it is used
Your information is used to reply to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver agreed work, keep business records and meet legal obligations. It is not sold and is not used for unrelated marketing without your permission.
Who it may be shared with
Information is shared only with service providers needed to run the business or deliver your project, such as email, invoicing, hosting or domain providers, and only where appropriate.
How long it is kept
Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably useful. Client and invoice records may be retained for the period required by UK tax and legal rules. Access credentials should be changed after a project where practical.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion where there is no legal reason to keep it.
